Each elected group servant manages key responsibilities, from training and scheduling to representing aaHomeGroup at the Online Intergroup of AA (OIAA). Steering Committee members collaborate closely to ensure seamless operations, with subcommittees formed as needed. These subcommittees are open to all members interested in serving, offering a flexible way to support the platform’s mission.
Monthly Group Conscience meetings provide a space for discussing and deciding on issues affecting the group. Motions are submitted two weeks in advance, and the meetings follow Robert’s Rules of Order to help ensure all voices are heard and decisions align with AA’s guiding principles.
